Squat – Hex Bar

  • HOW: Get set-up holding a hex bar with the desired weight. To perform the exercise, squat to the desired depth (ideally until the weights touch the ground), return to starting position and repeat.
  • FEEL: This will feel like a full lower body workout as well as a workout for your arms and traps as the weight gets heavier.
  • COMPENSATION: You should have a good squat form with your shoulders stacked over your hips, maintain good knee and back position, keeping your core tight during the lift.
