V Up Ball Pass – Swissball

  • HOW: Start by lying on your back. Hold a swissball over your head with your arms all of the up. Bring the ball up as your crunch up using your core and place the ball in between your legs. The ball in between your legs brings the ball down and then brings it back up to your hands. 
 
  • FEEL: You should feel your core working. 
 
  • COMPENSATION: Make sure to keep your core engaged.
