Wrist CARs

  • HOW: Start seated with your elbows at 90º tucked towards your torso with your palms facing the ceiling. All following movements should be through the full range of motion available to you. Flex your wrists sideways towards the pinky, then flex up towards you. Next, flex the wrist sideways to the opposite side towards the thumb. Finally, extend the wrist towards the floor. Maintain each position as you move into the next in the sequence.
  • FEEL: You will feel the wrist flexors and extensors working. 
  • COMPENSATION: Avoid passively moving into circles without reaching end ranges of motion.
