HOW: While keeping your arms and forearms still, draw big circles with your wrist and fingers moving clockwise and counter-clockwise.
FEEL: You should feel your wrist, hand, and forearm muscles working to control the movement. You may feel a stretch in your wrist, hand, and forearms as well.
COMPENSATION: Try to focus on controlling wrist movement with an emphasis on moving through your full ROM slowly. Do not create excessive movement from your forearms or shoulders.
