Hamstring Soft Tissue Mobilzation – Lacrosse Ball

  • HOW: Begin in a seated position. Place a lacrosse ball underneath your thigh on a part of your hamstrings muscles. Find a part of the hamstring you want massaged out. Kick your leg up slowly as you work the ball in that area. 
  • FEEL: You should feel a massage like pressure in your hamstring muscle. 
  • COMPENSATION: Don’t point your toes up as you kick up your leg.
