Supine Heel Dig – 60 Deg

  • HOW: Lay on your back with our legs straight. Bend your knee up with your heel on the ground. Push into the ground with your heel for the prescribed amount of time while keeping that 60 degree bend in your knee. 
 
  • FEEL: You should feel your hamstring muscles working in the back of your thigh. 
 
  • COMPENSATION: Don’t move your leg as you push into the ground with your heel, keep that 60 degree bend
