Tall Kneeling Quadriceps Stretch – Dynamic

HOW: Start in a tall kneeling position. Sit back on your heels and place your hands back behind you on the ground. Perform a bridge by pushing your hips forward and up trying to feel more of a stretch in the top of your thighs.  FEEL: You should feel a stretch on the top of your thighs.  COMPENSATION: Don’t arch your back as you push your hips up.
