HOW: Begin in a side lying position with the bottom knee bent in towards your chest. Wrap your hand around your ankle then focus on pulling your heel towards your butt as you pull the knee towards the back wall. Keep the bottom leg hugged in as you pull the top leg back.
FEEL: The stretch will be on the front of the thigh on the leg towards the ceiling.
COMPENSATION: Avoid arching your low back as you perform this.
