Half Kneeling Single Arm Lat Pull Over – Band

HOW: Attach a band to an anchor at about hip height. Beginning a half kneeling position facing the anchored band. Grab onto the band with one hand on the side that your knee is up. Stay as tall as possible in your trunk as you pull the band down at your side with your palm facing down.    FEEL: You should feel your shoulder, back, and core muscles working.  COMPENSATION: Don’t lean forward as you pull the band down. Stay tall and balanced in your trunk, too.
