HOW: Place your hand and palm flat onto a surface where you can lean into it. With your elbow straight, lean forward until you feel pain or discomfort. Reset and use your other hand to pull your wrist inward as you lean forward again for the prescribed amount of time.
FEEL: You should feel a stretch in your wrist.
COMPENSATION: Keep your elbow straight as you lean forward. Make sure to pull inward with the opposite hand.
