HOW: Begin leaning up against a wall with your knees bent in a wall sit position. Once there, shift your weight onto one leg and pick the other leg up performing a marching type of motion. Return that foot to the ground and alternate legs.
FEEL: You should feel your core muscles working as well as your quads and other muscles of the legs.
COMPENSATION: Avoid rocking the body side to side. Keep your torso upright and still while making the motion just come from your legs and hips.
