HOW: Begin lying face up. Perform a chin tuck, this is achieved by attempting to create a double chin or by pushing the small of your neck towards the table. Then rotate your head from one side to the other slow and controlled, relax your head on the floor in between each repetition and repeat.
FEEL: You will feel the neck muscles working during this exercise.
COMPENSATION: Avoid rounding your neck as you perform this exercise. If you feel discomfort while you perform this exercise, minimize the range of motion as you perform this. If too difficult perform the neck rotations with your head resting on the table.
