Supine Calf Stretch With Strap

This stretch is designed to stretch your calf muscle on the back of your shin bone. It is important to stretch this muscle to help regain knee extension range of motion.
  1. Use a stretch strap, bath towel, or bed sheet. Wrap it around the ball of your foot
  2. Using your arms, pull the strap until your feel a gentle stretch in your calf or behind your knee.
