Skull Crusher With Dumbbell

  • With a dumbbell overhead, allow the elbows to bend. Focus on keeping the upper arm as straight as possible while you lower the weight. As you bring the weight up, squeeze the triceps- which are the muscles on the back of your arm
  • Avoid arching at the back in this position, stand tall and keep your abs engaged
  • You will feel the muscles on the back of the arm working here
