Standing Front Rack Lift Off With Kettlebell

Check out this great posterior oblique sling strengthening exercise using a kettlebell and a bench. Set up a KB in a front rack position with your fist and forearm in a vertical position. With the same side of your body relative to the KB ➡️ place your foot on a bench. On the side you’re holding the KB ➡️ drive your elbow back to activate your lats 🎤 listen to Arash’s cues   Once you set your arm holding the KB, lift your foot off the bench and hold for at least 5s. Be sure to keep your body upright with a stable trunk and pelvis. Stay very strong in your hip on the side that has your foot on the ground. 🎤 listen to Arash’s cues.
