Sport Cord Sample Exercises

I have been using the sport cord A LOT lately due to it’s versatility. I like the name, but it is definitely not limited to only ‘sport’ specific exercises. I find myself using the sport cord early on after common lower body surgeries to improve gait mechanics, single limb stability, and leg strength.   Demonstrated in these videos are a few sport cord exercise variation with a resistance band on around the knees. Nothing crazy, nothing super sexy, but very effective.
