HOW: In a standing position, begin this exercise by reaching towards the floor while keeping your knees straight. Walk your hands out until you get into a high plank position then hop with one foot towards your hands and push yourself back up to the starting position and repeat.
FEEL: When you lean forward you will feel a hamstring stretch primarily. You will feel the shoulder muscles working while you walk yourself out.
COMPENSATION: Avoid bending the knees as you go through this motion.
