HOW: Loop a band around one end of a pull up bar. Place the foot that is on the band side in the band with it looping around the bottom of your foot. Stand on a step with one arm on the pull up bar and the other hand is holding onto the top of the band. Step off of the step and pull yourself up with the one arm on the pull up bar. The hand holding onto the band will pull the band assisting your body up.
FEEL: You should feel the muscles in your shoulder and back working.
COMPENSATION: Stay in control of your body, don’t sway all over while holding onto the band.
