Sideplank – Swissball

  • HOW: Assume a sideplank position on a swissball. Dig your elbow into the middle of the swissball for the most stability. Stay strong through the shoulder and do not let it collapse. It will help to keep both of your feet on the ground with this exercise.
 
  • FEEL: You should feel all the muscles in your shoulders and core working to maintain the position. It's hard!
 
  • COMPENSATION: Don't fall!
