Side Crunch – TRX

  • HOW: Hold onto the TRX straps with both hands above your head. The closer you are to the anchor the harder it will be leaning away. Bring your legs together and let your body begin to shift away from the band, then use your side core muscles to pull yourself back to the starting straight position. 
  • FEEL: You should feel this in your core muscles. 
  • COMPENSATION: Keep your legs straight and together.
