HOW: Begin in a standing position holding onto a bar with both hands. Keeping your back neutral then press the bar overhead. Your hands, elbows, shoulders, and body should all be aligned at the end position. Slowly return back to the starting position and repeat.
FEEL: You will feel the shoulders and triceps working with this exercise.
COMPENSATION: Avoid arching the back as you perform this exercise, this can be minimized by keeping the core engaged prior to pressing overhead.
