HOW: Anchor the straps above your head. The closer your feet are to the anchor the harder the resistance and lower your body will go. Find the best distance for you. Hold the bands with your palms up. Begin with the hands down at your side and bring them up as your lean back. Pull your body back up keeping your arms at your side.
FEEL: You should feel your back muscles working.
