Quadruped Lat Pull Down – On Elbows, Alternating

  • HOW: Get set up on a smooth surface with a slider or towel on the ground for each arm. Place your elbows on the sliders and your knees on the ground underneath your hips putting you in the quadruped position. From here, slide one arm up while your elbow is on the slider. Alternate doing that on both sides.

  • FEEL: You should feel your lats and core working.

  • COMPENSATION: Don’t move your hips too much, allow most of the movement at your arms. Keep your core engaged to not let your torso sag down.
