Push Up – BOSU

  • HOW: Using the black side of the BOSU UP, perform a push up. Put your hands on the outsides of the BOSU to make it more comfortable on your wrist. Make sure to fully 'push' and protract your shoulder blades at the top of the exercise.
  • FEEL: You should feel all the muscles in your shoulders and shoulder blades working, especially your armpits.
