Prone Pec Soft Tissue Mobilization – Lacrosse Ball

  • HOW: Begin by lying on your stomach with a lacrosse ball in the middle section of your pec muscle. Bring your elbow out to the side and apply as much pressure as you’d like along that pec muscle. You may find a spot to work on by moving your arm out and in. 
 
  • FEEL: You should feel a massage like pressure along your chest muscles. 
 
  • COMPENSATION: Make sure the ball is on your chest muscle.
