HOW: Get set up laying face down on a table or elevated surface. Slide forward enough to have your head off of the surface. From here, perform a chin tuck by looking at the ground and then moving your head upward. Then, let your head go downward followed by bringing it back up to the starting position. FEEL: You should feel your neck muscles working. COMPENSATION: Don’t arch your back as you bring your head up, focus on moving only your head and neck. Exercise Library
