Plank Push Up Plus

  • HOW: Begin in a plank position with your elbows on the ground straight down from your shoulders and legs straight out from your hips with your toes pushing into the ground. From here, let your shoulder blade muscles relax and then push into the floor raising your body back up using mostly your shoulder blade muscles. 
  • FEEL: You should feel your shoulder muscles working. 
  • COMPENSATION: Keep your shoulders, hips, and ankles in a straight line.
