HOW: Begin the exercise by raising your arms overhead and keeping them there. Then perform a chin tuck followed by strictly rotating your head side-to-side.
FEEL: This should feel like a gentle stretch at the base and along the sides of your neck, you may also feel a stretch up to the base of your skull. Placing the arms overhead helps to slacken some of the shoulder girdle and neck muscles, which can allow for greater neck rotation side-to-side.
COMPENSATION: Keep the arms overhead, don't lose your chin tuck. Perform strict rotation, no side-bending (tilting your head)
