Median Nerve Tensioner – General

  • HOW: Place your opposite hand on your shoulder to keep it down. Then reach out in front of you with our palm facing inwards and your fingers pointed forward. Then bend your wrist backwards and slowly bring your arm out to your side while keeping it at shoulder height. At some point, you will feel a slight pull or stretch somewhere along your neck, arm, wrist, or fingers. Once you reach that point, bend your wrist back inwards and slowly return to the starting position.

  • FEEL: The goal is to feel that stretching sensation somewhere along the path from your head to your fingertips. You do not want to hold this position. You want to find it, and then slowly go right up to that point and then back.

  • COMPENSATION: None.
