Ladder – Lateral Run Through

  • HOW: Stand on one end of the ladder inside a block. While moving laterally through each block, alternate driving your knees up slightly like youโ€™re running laterally until the end of the ladder.ย 
  • FEEL: You should feel the muscles in your legs working.ย 
  • COMPENSATION: Stay on the balls of your feet and in control of your feet and body. Keep your chest upright and stay facing one way.
