Hooklying Lat Pull Down – With Breath, Band

  • HOW: Begin by lying down on your back. Your feet are resting into the ground. Anchor a band behind you so you can pull it down towards your knees. Pull the ribs down towards your pelvis to engage the core. Take a belly breath in. As you breathe out, pull your wrists down towards your hips. Slowly return to the starting position. 
  • FEEL: You will feel your core working. 
  • COMPENSATION: Avoid arching your back
