Hook Lying Hip Adduction Isometrics

  • HOW: Lie on your back with your knees bent. Use any firm object and place between your legs. Lightly begin to squeeze your legs together. Try to squeeze as hard as your are able to, within your pain tolerance.
  • FEEL: You should feel the inside parts of your thighs working.
  • COMPENSATION: Keep your body still as only your inner thigh muscles are working to squeeze the object.
