HOW: Begin laying on your back holding a dumbbell in both hands. From this position, keep your legs straight and lift them several inches off the ground and lift your head and shoulders a few inches off the ground. From here, perform a chest press with the dumbbell by pressing the dumbbell straight up towards the ceiling.
FEEL: You will feel your core muscles working as well as your chest muscles as you push the dumbbell overhead.
COMPENSATION:Keep your legs and shoulders elevated off the floor and avoid letting the back arch off the ground.
