Hip Distraction – Band

  • HOW: Anchor a band and wrap around your ankle according to the instructions in the video. Place a foam roller underneath your lower calf. Roll back on the foam roller and create tension in the band. Move your hip slightly to the side as you feel the band pull.
  • FEEL: You should feel a pull in your hip joint.
  • COMPENSATION: Don’t bend the knee as you roll back.
