The downswing in golf requires sequenced segmental motion throughout the body that is balanced. Maintaining stability in one region and moving through mobility elsewhere is essential to strike the ball well and accurate.
Using the GravityFit TPro is an excellent way to cue proximal scapular stability. Demonstrated in this video is a nice hip mobility drill with the addition of the TPro focused on maintaining scapular and trunk stability. I love the 90/90 position because it translates well to golf, which requires both hips to be in inverse rotation compared to one another during the back swing and follow through.
