Goblet Squat – Wedge, Kettlebell

  • HOW: Place a wedge underneath your heels while holding onto a load up against your chest. Perform a squat while trying to keep your trunk upright.
  • FEEL: You will feel the muscles in your legs working, particularly the muscles on the front of your thigh.
  • COMPENSATION: Don’t arch your back forwards as you squat down, keep an upright position.
