Forward Bear Crawls

  • HOW: Start in the bear crawl position by elevating your knees about a ½ inch away from the ground. Slowly begin crawling forward by moving one arm and the opposite knee at the same time. Then switch.
  • FEEL: You should feel your core muscles working to minimize as much movement as possible.
  • COMPENSATION: Try to minimize as much lumbar spine movement as possible.
