• HOW: Step into the platform with your feet firmly into the surface. You can have your feet all the way to the front of the surface. Grasp the handles with your hands. Cycle the legs forward and backward. Push the arms forward and pull backwards. Repeat for the duration prescribed. 
  • FEEL: You will feel more arm work with the hands gripping lower. You feel the front and back of the legs working. 
  • COMPENSATION: Do not let the feet float off the surface.
