• HOW: Loop the band around your hands per the instructions in the video. Raise your arms up in front of you just below shoulder height. Keep your palms facing up, squeeze your shoulder blades and move your arms straight out to your side opening your chest up and creating tension in the band. Return to the starting position and repeat. 
  • FEEL: You should feel your shoulder blade muscles working. 
  • COMPENSATION: Keep your upper traps relaxed. Keep your arms at the same height, don’t let them drop down.
