HOW: Begin in a seated position. Keep your legs relaxed as you use your hands and upper body to move your body forward creating a bend in your knee. The closer your foot to the seat, the more of a stretch you will get as you lean forward. Keep your leg as relaxed as you can.
FEEL: You should feel a stretch in your knee.
COMPENSATION: Don’t move your leg when moving your body forward, keep it steady on the ground.
