HOW: Start by standing while using both hands to hold an EZ Bar down in front of you. Grip the bar with your palms facing up and your hands placed as close together as possible. Keep your shoulder blades back and your elbows at your side as you curl the bar up towards your chest and return to the starting position.
FEEL: You should feel your biceps muscle working.
COMPENSATION: Don’t lean back as you curl up, stay straight up. Keep your traps relaxed, don’t shrug as your curl.
