Bear Body On Wrist Circles

  • HOW: Get set up in a bear position on your hands and toes with your knees hovering off the ground and with your fingers facing forward. While staying strong through your shoulder blades, arms, your wrist, and your fingers, slowly shift your weight in a clockwise and/or counter-clockwise fashion so that your shoulders draw a circle around your wrists. Repeat.

  • FEEL: This will feel like an upper body exercise as well as pressure shifting from your wrists to your fingers and other parts of your hands in a circular pattern.

  • COMPENSATION: Do your best to maintain a good bear position as you perform the weight shifts. No need to force pain or significant discomfort in your wrist, just limit how far you shift your weight forward or side-to-side
