As with any warmup, follow up your mobility work with dynamic movements to replicate the exercises �♀�♂ you're going to perform!!
With all of these moves except one (scapular retractions), try and RELAX your arm as much as possible. Let the band really pull you to feel the stretch✅. If you want, you can do a little contract relax as well by pushing into the band and contracting for a few seconds, then fully relaxing and exhaling �.
