HOW: Begin this exercise in a seated position with your ankle hanging comfortably off the edge of a table or elevated surface. With the ISOTIB appropriately on your foot, pull your toes up towards your face, pause for the given amount of time, and return your foot to the starting position.
FEEL: You will feel the muscles on the front of your lower leg working.
COMPENSATION: Avoid having the motion come from your knee or hip joint. Keep your leg straight and relaxed with the motion only coming from the ankle joint.
