HOW: Begin by sitting on a swissball with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Walk your feet out and roll the ball into the small of your back as you carefully lean back. interlock your hands behind your head, tuck your chin, and slowly peel your back off the ball while tightening your stomach muscles.
FEEL: You should feel your core muscles working as you crunch up.
COMPENSATION: Don’t pull on your neck with your hands, keep them loosely behind your head to support your neck. Lower down slowly as you return to starting position.
