Yes it is HIPAA compliant as long as they abide to our terms and conditions. There is no stored PHI stored for any patient (name, email etc) as long as the user is not saving programs by the patients FULL NAME etc.

Once a patient is discharged, we recommend you encourage the patient to download their HEP program as a PDF or print it as the programs you create through the patient portal will be accessible for as long as your membership remains active.
